Basic cheap room with the best location

Great location, right on beach road, 10 meters from the beach. Beach views from the room. Situated in the middle of beach road that puts you within 10 minutes walk of all main entertainment and tourist things. Perfect location

Yes the room is old and dated. But it's cheap. Room was clean, had all the basics, everything worked including air con, hot shower etc. Room won't impress the wife or girlfriend, but what do you expect for less than 1000฿ per night.

Comfortable enoug and just across the beach.

The absence of a kettle in the room was disappointing, especially since it was listed in the booking confirmation. The hotel also showed signs of deterioration. Improving staff professionalism would enhance the overall experience.

Location is perfect , and quiet enough for a good nights sleep , bed very comfortable

Bed was comfortable had fridge

The location was great on the beach front perfect 1 min walk to city centre . The room was old had a smell old smell defo needed a referb and defo not the pictures that was on booking .com . We was not happy with that The TV only had 3 channels that worked. And the Aircon was blowing out warm air most of the time it did adventuly cool down hours later and when it did cool down there was a constant drip from it . The pool was not that clean it did need a clean . Lucky wee just had 2 nights there. We will not be back there

Hotel in nice location , did not quite live up to expectations

Close to beach and convenient for taxis , shopping etc . Nice view of the beach .

The hotel is dated , needs a good face lift throughout . Staff did not seem that interested . The rooms was ok but here again in need of renovating . The hotel does really need some work on it . Staff need to be more customer friendly .

the hotel needs a complete revamp,swimming pool dirty,smelly musty,rooms paint chipped ,bath rusty,dirty in bathroom,tv rubbish ,wouldn't recommend it to anyone,on photos on Internet looks much better must have been taken when newer

In my absence in night some one stole my money I brought the matter immediately to the staff at 10 pm the manager assured he will check in cctv in morning, whereas in morning they denied to show CCTV footage, staff is very arogant

The location was the best item on our whole trip as this hotel is so poorly in need of a total repair from top to bottom. I can not believe that Booking.com would allow it to be rented to the public, in the poorest part of any town. I have been a customer of Booking. Com for the last fifteen years, please do not take my word, just check your records of Samuel J. Heffner. If you will check what I have to say about Greenview Ekkamai 10 Suites in Bangkok, after sending Booking.com ten emails with Booking.com suppling none to the hotel owners. After that I have decided to try Hotels. Com as no company should be allow for an employer not to know about an employee who does not answer ten emails from a customer. A past customer Samuel J. overall, a good stay, the location was major bonus for me

the location is superb, sitting on a gold mine, needs major reno.

the facilities very run down, needs major fitout to give justice to position. bed was large, but too hard and sheets a bit worn.

The hotel was in a good location for Pattaya

Hotel did not supply basics like shampoo. Towels supplied were thread bare. Reception staff were very unfriendly, no greeting or even a smile.
